Yoga for People Living With and Beyond Cancer.

Cancer Care Yoga Collective offers small group, adaptive yoga programs designed to support movement, breath, rest, and connection throughout treatment and survivorship.

For Individuals:

For Organizations:

Many people finish treatment only to find themselves navigating fatigue, anxiety, physical limitations, and isolation without structured support.

Cancer Care Yoga Collective bridges the gap between clinical care and holistic recovery through:

  • Adaptive yoga

  • Breathwork

  • Meditation

  • Community connection

  • Evidence-informed practices

People We Serve

During treatment

For individuals navigating chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, hormonal therapy, immunotherapy, or other cancer treatments.

Early recovery

For those rebuilding strength, mobility, confidence, and connection with their bodies after treatment.

Long-term survivorship

For those navigating ongoing physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes after active treatment.

Every participant’s situation is different. Participation may not be appropriate during periods of acute illness, unstable symptoms, or certain stages of recovery. When needed, we encourage participants to consult their oncology or medical team before beginning.

Meet Emma

As both a cancer survivor and certified yoga instructor, I understand firsthand the challenges that can continue long after diagnosis and treatment. My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, cultivate resilience, and find community through therapeutic yoga.
