People We Serve

During treatment

For individuals navigating chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, hormonal therapy, immunotherapy, or other cancer treatments.

Early recovery

For those rebuilding strength, mobility, confidence, and connection with their bodies after treatment.

Long-term survivorship

For those navigating ongoing physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes after active treatment.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, in active treatment, living with metastatic disease, or navigating survivorship, our goal is to provide a space where your practice can adapt to you, not the other way around.

Meet Emma

As both a cancer survivor and certified yoga instructor, I understand firsthand the challenges that can continue long after diagnosis and treatment. My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, cultivate resilience, and find community through therapeutic yoga.
