Cancer Care Yoga Collective offers therapeutic yoga experiences that support individuals living with cancer, undergoing treatment, and navigating recovery. Every program is grounded in safety, accessibility, and compassionate care, creating space to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and find community.

Oncology Yoga Series

Our signature six-week series is designed specifically for cancer patients and survivors seeking a gentle, supportive approach to movement and healing.

Each 75-minute session includes:

  • Adaptive yoga for cancer-related challenges

  • Guided breathwork (pranayama)

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Gentle nervous system regulation practices

  • Guided reflection and community connection

Throughout the series, you'll build confidence, learn practical tools to support your well-being, and experience the benefits of practicing alongside others who understand the cancer journey.

This program is appropriate for:

  • Individuals currently undergoing cancer treatment*

  • Those recovering from surgery or treatment

  • Long-term cancer survivors

  • Beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike

Class Size: Small groups (8–12 participants)

What Happens During a Typical Session?

Arrival & check-in: 10 minutes

Reflecting on how you are feeling and determining what would feel nourishing and sustainable.

Breath, grounding, meditation: 10 minutes

Settling into the space and connecting with your breath, mind, and body.

Adaptive movement: 40 minutes

Yoga class designed for and with cancer-related symptoms in mind. Can be done on the mat or in a chair.

Restorative practices: 15 minutes

Restorative yoga poses designed to help you soften and rest.
